Increasing the Import File Size in PhpMyAdmin:

To increase the import file size in PhpMyAdmin*

a)Open Php.ini in a notepad
(For Apache or Xampp it would be under apache/bin/php.ini)

b)Update these values “post_max_size” and “upload_max_filesize” and also try
to increase
the maximum input time as it would take more time to download the file if
it’s larger in size.
