How to request a replacement for a wrong product delivered by Amazon?

There are some products delivered by Amazon which you can’t return it if it’s delivered wrong in that case you have to contact Amazon customer care

Instead of chatting, have the amazon call you

Step 1: Say about what is the product and what has been delivered

Step 2: Take the photos of the product that has been wrongly delivered and the customer care will ask you to upload the photos to a link that is sent via SMS (I asked them to send it to my email address as SMS might take a minute or two to arrive)

Step 3: I upload pictures of the wrong product that was delivered. They will confirm the same if it’s a wrong product (In my case I ordered for a particular flavor but they delivered my altogether different flavor of the product)

Step 4: They will ask whether you need replacement or refund. If you say refund, then they will refund the amount back to your Amazon pay account

Step 5: If you say replacement, then very well they may create a new order with zero cost for you
