It seems Kronos got hit by a ransomware attack on Dec11 and it has disrupted the operations of Kronos Private Cloud. Due to this incident, UKG Workforce Central, UKG Tele Staff, Healthcare Extensions and Bank Scheduling solutions have been affected! Kronos themselves are not aware about the extent of the ransomware attack and they are continuing to invest other products and solutions for an possible intrusion.
Impact: Kronos might be down for days or weeks
