To turn of Chrome notifications follow the below steps
Step 1: Open Chrome and Go to Settings
Step 2: Then type notifications in the top search bar (or)
Step 3: Click on “Privacy and Security”==> “Site Settings” ==> “Notifications”
Step 4: Toggle the notifications to “blocked”
This will block all the chrome notifications for all the sites
